Antonio Evans

Antonio Evans is the founder and Chief AI Strategist of Quanta Intelligence, an AI consulting company built around automation and business intelligence. He also works as a fractional CTO for health and life-science companies, hardening AI for HIPAA: BAA-ready architectures, security playbooks and compliant LLM workflows for clients in multi-omics and clinical management.

His work connects APIs, legacy CRMs and data lakes into workflows that can be audited. One project gave three for-profit schools in Amsterdam a single AI layer over their CRM, teaching and back-office systems; it grew from a 30-user pilot to all three schools in six months. He has run genomic (FASTA and FASTQ) and clinical imaging pipelines end to end.

Outside client work he writes and creates the animated series Rua de Camões and composes music. Antonio lives with his dog Santino in Lisbon, Portugal.
